Our friend has just moved out and we are looking for someone to take over his room in East Bentleigh. You will be sharing with 2 girls 32yo and 28yo we are very easy going, social but have respect to each other privacy. We have a pet friendly home.
A double room is available furnished with double bed and couches. We share the bathroom. 2 living areas and a reasonable size back yard to have BBQ's in the summer.
The room is $145 a week plus bills which are shared every month.
4 minute drive from Bentleigh train station, super easy to get into the city and only 10 mins away from Chadstone shopping centre.
